- Students read paragraphs 10-12 of our story, Priscilla and the Wimps.
- Setting the Purpose: What is the plot (Exposition, Rising Action and Climax)?
- 2nd Period:

- Finished discussing antagonist.
- Began discussing Character Traits and Motive.
Math:
- 1st Period:
- Students completed and reviewed the Week-By Week Essentials.
- Students started Order of Operations assessment.
- 2nd Period:
- Students completed Week-by-Week Essentials.
- Students reviewed Order of Operations and word problems.
Science:
- 5th and 6th: Played "Are You Smarter than a Sixth Grader" as a review for our science test.
Social Studies:
- 5th Period:
- Compared and Contrasted North Carolina to Ecuador.
- 6th Period:
- Students worked on the Geographical theme: Human/Environment Interaction.

- 9 choices are given (based on Multiple Intelligences) on the choice board.
- Students are to complete 3 (1st period) or 4 (2nd period) activities out of the 9.
- These activities are due FRIDAY, October 1st
